App Ship Skills
Find known Google Play problems in your real .aab — before you upload.
9 skills for Claude Code and Codex. Your agent reads the real release .aab, checks it and your Play listing against 2026 Google Play rules, the agent fixes what it can in your project files, and the report lists the rest in the order a first launch really happens: closed test first, then production.

Why it is different
- It reads the file Google receives. Release signing (debug key = FAIL), com.example package, target SDK vs today's deadline, 64-bit and 16 KB native libraries, Play Billing version, Google test ad IDs — including ones compiled into Flutter code that a source scan never sees.
- GO has to be earned. GO needs the real build of this app, every check run, every warning fixed or explained by you, and every console step confirmed by you in your own terminal — the confirm command refuses to run inside agent sessions, and confirmations expire when the build, privacy answers or listing change. (The kit cannot see Play Console or your live page; for those, GO means you confirmed them.)
- Ready for 12 testers x 14 days. New personal Play accounts need it before production. Recruiting posts and a feedback form in Korean, English and Japanese, a tracker that estimates from your records the day you can apply, and production-access answers built from your real tester data.
Included
- Privacy pack: privacy policy in English, Korean and Japanese + Play Data safety answers, from one questionnaire.
- Store listing + screenshots (free, MIT): Play limits per language, words that get titles rejected, screenshot / feature graphic / icon rules, captions framed automatically.
- Money setup: products, purchase calls in your code (acknowledge, consume, restore, pending) + a test-purchase step, UMP consent, app-ads.txt, refund and subscription notices.
- Release notes and review replies in your users’ languages.
- iOS rule checks (--ios, based on Apple’s official documentation; the kit’s iOS tests use sample IPA files).
Used on our own apps
We used this kit on our own studio’s Android apps. One of them passed Google Play’s closed-test review on its first submission (October 2026). Run on the real builds from that week, the kit flags the problems we actually hit — Google test ad IDs left in an early build, and phone-state and storage permissions a library added without us noticing.
Works with
Tested with real release builds: Flutter, React Native, Godot, Kotlin (the Flutter and React Native test files are trimmed copies of real release bundles; manifests and signatures untouched). Other standard .aab files (Unity and others) are read the same way. Claude Code, Codex, any agent that reads SKILL.md. Python 3.9+, no accounts, no network calls.
Proof
71 automated tests, including real Flutter, React Native, Godot and Kotlin release bundles. On the included fictional sample app the first run finds 19 blocking problems; after the scripted fixes only the human console steps are left (demo/run-log.txt; the later GO stage in the demo uses a labeled stand-in for your console steps, so it is a simulation, not a real launch).

FAQ
iPhone?
--ios adds iOS rule checks based on Apple’s official documentation.
Will Google approve my app?
Google decides. The kit finds and fixes known rejection causes before you submit.
Does it upload anything?
No. It only reads and writes files in your project.
Legal advice?
No — drafts from vendor disclosure pages; regulated apps need a professional.
Can it get me testers?
It writes the recruiting posts, tracks the 14 days and drafts the application from your real data; it never fakes testers.
